I would like to say something about a certain customer service individual by the name of Rey Tan after dealing with a number of customer service individual over the last four days and feeling like I didn't matter or they didn't really understand what my problem was,Rey Tan got it taken care of in less than 30 minutes even though I was very upset and angry with nothing being done for days he understood what I was going through and he calmed me down and was very patient and by him solving the problem quickly that let me know that he is very knowledgeable! of what he is doing Wise Loan should try to hire more individuals like Rey Tan.
