Pheobie told me when I was paying my loan off in full that they discounted 30%. When checking my bank account ONE MINUTE LATER pheobie pulled the whole amount that was due for the loan. I proceeded to call her back and she giggled throughout the phone call. Very unprofessional customer service. As being a second time customer, I will NOT be using wise loan ever again for their dishonesty and stealing.

On my last loan I was charged overage because your systems did something from essential and wise getting corresponding from both and my last payment came out wasn't recognized so I called said they fixed the probable asked for my nest egg to be refunded to me and they took out the last payment again with my nest egg amount smh
