I would like to say something about a certain customer service individual by the name of Rey Tan after dealing with a number of customer service individual over the last four days and feeling like I didn't matter or they didn't really understand what my problem was,Rey Tan got it taken care of in less than 30 minutes even though I was very upset and angry with nothing being done for days he understood what I was going through and he calmed me down and was very patient and by him solving the problem quickly that let me know that he is very knowledgeable! of what he is doing Wise Loan should try to hire more individuals like Rey Tan. I had a hardship and he was able to do all he could to see what plan could help me. I rated the service a 3 star NOT the representative service. Because of the phone service is the pit! You can't get through then when you wait the phone hangs up on you after waiting 10 minutes or more. You select the call me back and never get a call back. The only way to get to someone is to select the option 8 past due amount. I never tried the email option but the chat option the AI will take you in circles asking you the same thing when you are wanting a live person:(
