Recent Jobs and Reviews in Salt Lake City,Orem,Roy,Sandy,Lindon,Logan,Provo,Vernal,West Valley City, UT
Rated 5.0 out of 5 stars based on 11 customer reviews
Customers say: The overall sentiment is strongly positive, with customers expressing appreciation and satisfaction with the service they received. A recurring theme is the helpfulness and friendliness of the representatives, who are described as knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to work with customers to find solutions. Many reviewers emphasize that their issues were resolved efficiently, in some cases within a single interaction, and that they felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. The general tone conveys relief, gratitude, and trust, with several customers noting that the support they received was among the best they had experienced.
One reviewer mentioned difficulty reaching the company after multiple attempts, which represents a trend present in roughly one in eight reviews. This frustration with accessibility appears to be an isolated experience that was ultimately resolved, but it suggests that ease of initial contact could be an area for improvement. Even so, the dominant impression is one of warm, competent, and customer-focused service.

Best sweetest gal to work with
Alma has helped me make my payments on time. Since I have a head injury and am not able to remember dates she has helped to get those payments on time or adjust the dates when my payments from work changed so that my account hasn't gone into the negatives. She's so sweet and up beat that it is really quite a pleasure speaking to her to get my loan paid in full. Other agents could learn a bunch from her and think she should be promoted with her upbeat attitude and skills at communicating and understanding situations at hand. She is a great asset to your company. Thank you!
