• General

  These Terms and Conditions govern each credit application you submit to Essential Lending, Inc. (ELI) and each loan that you may obtain from ELI. ELI offers installment loans that are designed to help you with your immediate cash needs. ELI encourages you to borrow only what you need and what you are able to responsibly repay.

• Privacy Policy and Changes to Privacy Policy

• Governing Law

• Application Certification and Verification

• Collection and Use of Bank Account and Other Information about You

  As part of our credit underwriting and information collection process, we will consider the bank account information provided by you as eligible for us to process payments against, we may detect additional bank accounts under your ownership, and we also may collect and consider information about you from non-credit reporting agency data providers and publicly available information about you.

• Contact and Marketing Preferences

  Your consent is voluntary, but we cannot process an application or make a loan to you if you do not consent to receive disclosures and notices concerning your account electronically, and while you can opt out of electronic marketing contact messages, you cannot opt out of disclosures and notices concerning your account.
  Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to, all legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with your account your application for an Essential Lending product or service, and any loan product or service we agree to provide you.

We may also contact you via text messaging or other mobile communication method, if you request or agree to this type of communication. We may use any one or all of these methods to contact you about the status or approval of your loan, inform you about special promotions, savings and services we believe may be of interest to you, to remind you of upcoming payments, and to communicate with you regarding collections and other issues related to your loan. If you have authorized ELI to do so, ELI may contact you using a predictive dialer or other automated telephone dialing device, or by pre-recorded message, during reasonable hours at any of the phone numbers which you provide to us.

• Accuracy of Account Information

  We have established procedures to ensure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete, in keeping with reasonable industry standards. We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please contact let us know.
