I had a hardship and he was able to do all he could to see what plan could help me. I rated the service a 3 star NOT the representative service. Because of the phone service is the pit! You can't get through then when you wait the phone hangs up on you after waiting 10 minutes or more. You select the call me back and never get a call back. The only way to get to someone is to select the option 8 past due amount. I never tried the email option but the chat option the AI will take you in circles asking you the same thing when you are wanting a live person:(
