General
These Terms and Conditions govern each credit application you submit to Essential Lending, Inc. (ELI) and each loan that you may obtain from ELI. Loans made to Texas residents are made by a third-party lender. The terms and conditions of any loan that you may obtain with our assistance are set forth in your loan agreement with the lender. ELI offers installment loans that are designed to help you with your immediate cash needs. ELI encourages you to borrow only what you need and what you are able to responsibly repay.

Privacy Policy and Changes to Privacy Policy
ELI will handle your non-public personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy in accordance with applicable law. If we change our policy, we will notify you by providing you with the revised policy within the time frame required by applicable law.

Governing Law
The transactions related to your credit application and any loan that you may obtain from ELI shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing the ELI website.

Application Certification and Verification
You certify that the information supplied by you on this website in or as part of your credit application is true, complete and correct. You authorize ELI, its authorized representatives, servicers, and/or assignees to verify the information by contacting any of the persons or firms listed by you. You fully release all parties from claims of damage that may arise out of or relate to any such contacts. Any false information submitted on this website in or as part of your credit application shall be sufficient reason for denial of your loan request.
You authorize ELI and its authorized representatives to obtain information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies and other sources. You understand that ELI reserves the right to withhold funding of your loan, at any time prior to disbursement, to allow ELI to verify any information that you provide. -
Fair Credit Report Act Disclosure
We may make inquiries concerning your credit history and standing, and may report information concerning your performance including, but not limited to, late payments, missed payments, or other defaults, to credit reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your loan may be reflected in your credit report.

Collection and Use of Bank Account and Other Information about You
As part of our credit underwriting and information collection process, we will consider the bank account information provided by you as eligible for us to process payments against, we may detect additional bank accounts under your ownership, and we also may collect and consider information about you from non-credit reporting agency data providers and publicly available information about you.

Contact and Marketing Preferences
Your consent is voluntary, but we cannot process an application or make a loan to you if you do not consent to receive disclosures and notices concerning your account electronically, and while you can opt out of electronic marketing contact messages, you cannot opt out of disclosures and notices concerning your account.
Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to, all legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with your account your application for an Essential Lending product or service, and any loan product or service we agree to provide you.
ELI may contact you by several contact methods, including but not limited to, writing to you via U.S. postal service and/or electronic mail and calling you via telephone at any address or number you provide to us. We may also contact you via text messaging or other mobile communication method, if you request or agree to this type of communication. We may use any one or all of these methods to contact you about the status or approval of your loan, inform you about special promotions, savings and services we believe may be of interest to you, to remind you of upcoming payments, and to communicate with you regarding collections and other issues related to your loan. If you have authorized ELI to do so, ELI may contact you using a predictive dialer or other automated telephone dialing device, or by pre-recorded message, during reasonable hours at any of the phone numbers which you provide to us.

Accuracy of Account Information
We have established procedures to ensure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete, in keeping with reasonable industry standards. We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please contact let us know. We will investigate your concerns and correct any information we determine to be inaccurate.
You may change your information on your application or otherwise update your account information online by logging into to your account at www.wiseloan.com. -
Additional Security Methods
You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your login information. Automatic Logging of Session Data
ELI automatically logs generic information about your computer’s connection to the Internet, which is called “session data”. I had a hardship and he was able to do all he could to see what plan could help me. I rated the service a 3 star NOT the representative service. Because of the phone service is the pit! You can't get through then when you wait the phone hangs up on you after waiting 10 minutes or more. You select the call me back and never get a call back. The only way to get to someone is to select the option 8 past due amount. I never tried the email option but the chat option the AI will take you in circles asking you the same thing when you are wanting a live person:(
